Today is Goal Day! I am only half way there! I am down to 168. I'm not going to get discouraged but will continue to set new goals. I hope to get rid of the other five pounds by the end of the month.

I loved the page for Teague's Art book-what a cute idea and a great way to save his drawings. I love the A B C book too. I'd like to order the one you did so send it to me.

I better get going as I have to be at work by ten (not looking forward to this day).

Spring is on the wasy...plus seven today!

5 lbs is better than none. Way to go. New goal: 10 lbs by March 1! Keep working out. Your body is just confused, it is like, "What is going on?" As soon as it knows that YOU are going to work out (to fatigue) every day then it will let go of some of its stored fat, right?

It will happen. Make a goal board. Look at it every day. Say, "I am going to love being 140 lbs!" Say it and while you are at it we need you to say, "I will be a director by reunion in September. I will be at reunion with Candy and we will have such a fun time." Picture yourself going across the stage at reunion to accept your plaque. To start with make a list of 10-20 people who need help to write a storybook (like Ferby's wife). Maybe make a goal to help someone do a book every week. I will email "Director by reunion" email I got from Bianca.
