While my weight remains the same, I shall not give up! I will forget about the scales for now and concentrate on getting healthier. That means walking more and further. As the weather continues to warm up I will take my walking to the outdoors. Getting fresh air should help clear out the cobwebs. I have started to take cinnamon to help regulate my blood sugar and it seems to help. I will know more in a month.
I have started reading Oprah's book club choice for this month...A New Earth...but am not quite sure what to think of it yet....it's a bit strange but I see some truths in it also. I tried to sigh up for the class but I can't seem to get in for some reason...Oh well.
Today I made two kinds of soup...pea soup for Ray and bean soup for Perry. Of course, I will keep a bowl of each for myself. I need to go deliver the soups now so will leave you all with this little quote...
