Thursday

I'm still tredmilling but not twice a day- I've missed today-just couldn't drag my weary bones down stairs. I'm having a little trouble with my right hip. Hope I can work the kinks out soon. Just goes to show how out of shape I really am!

I took Gabi shopping today. We went to Michaels and to Toys-R-Us. She ran all over the toy store, kissed all the baby dolls and tried to ride the tricycles. She is the sweetest little thing and sure got a lot of attention from other customers. I didn't get any shopping done in that store but did manage to get some good bargains in Michaels.

Monday will be weigh-in day. I hope the scale is down a bit....any little amount will do. I have reordered the Ultima Patch. It worked so great before that I thought I should use it again. It completely stopped my cravings and I could get through the evenings with out snacking. The evenings are my hardest times.

Tomorrow I will get back to two sessions on the treadmill. Maybe I'll walk outside with Gabi if it's not raining. It's suposed to be around 40 degrees. Nice!
